Job Location: Remote Job Type: Permanent, Full time Job Responsibilities: - Working on Operations & Cost Analytics and Demand Planning & Forecasting, leveraging Supply Chain & Operations data to gain increased visibility into end-to-end operations to reshape and enhance business insights and decision-making capabilities - Collecting and analyzing business and supply chain operations data to measure performance, identify key drivers, inefficiencies, and influencing factors using statistics, mathematics, algorithms, and programming languages - Work with the team to mine data using modern tools and programming languages - Work closely with data engineering and platform engineering team in integrations, APIs, and various business logics - Generate & communicate insights, predict outcomes/performance and support operational, tactical, and strategic decisions Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other technical fields or the equivalent - 2-4 years experience in Supply Chain Data Analytics / Data Science - Good understanding of SQL & Python - Exposure to cloud technologies & data analytics tools - Understanding of structured and unstructured data and modern data transformation methodologies - Ability to design analytics solutions, simulation, and modeling to address business problems. - Good to have Master's degree in Data Science / Business Analytics / Statistics or equivalent program - Good to have experience in data science projects in other domains viz. marketing, NLP, Data Visualization tools like Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI, Superset and building reusable ML frameworks and knowledge of explainable AI tools and frameworks - Good communication oral and written
