Location: Bengaluru

Data Scientist (Individual Contributor)

Responsibilities:

- Utilize advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights.

- Develop predictive models and algorithms to optimize business processes and drive strategic decision-making.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to solve complex business problems.

- Design and implement scalable data pipelines for processing and analyzing structured and unstructured data.

- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

- Stay current with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and related fields.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.

- 6-12 years of experience in data science and analytics.

- Proficiency in Python, SQL, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics.

- Experience with machine learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, classification, regression, clustering, and time series analysis.

- Good understanding of deep learning concepts is a plus.

- Prior experience working on projects in the retail, consumer packaged goods (CPG), supply chain, or manufacturing domains is preferred.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex challenges using data-driven approaches.
