Data Scientist - R/Python - Retail

Mandatory Skills : Analytical experience of 5-9 years R and Python

Job Description :

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Experience in implementing Machine Learning and Deep Learning Algorithms

- Ability to understand business needs with the emphasis on BFSI (Banking, Finance and Insurance) domain

- Experience of working on end-to-end projects - problem scoping, data gathering, EDA, modeling, insights, and visualizations

- Experience in gathering business requirements and designing analytical frameworks

- Ability to understand problem statement, create optimization models and derive actionable insights

- Working experience in creating advanced models for Image processing, NLP etc.

- Proficient in programming languages like R/ Python and analytical tools such as Minitab, SAS, Experience in Big Data technologies like Hadoop/Spark

- Experience with MS SQL Server/Oracle or other RDBMS tools particularly DDL and DML commands.

- Working experience on visualization tools like Tableau, QlikView, Qlik sense, Lumira, Banana etc.

- Inclination to learn and master new technologies - language/tool/platform
