Position : Manufacturing Process - Data Scientist-Production Unit Location : Pune Experience - Minimum 1-4 years This position reports to - General Manager - Technology Education : Computer science, Engineering Physics, Data Science and Statistics, Engineering Mathematics Minimum required skills: - Experience in C/C++, Python, C#, .NET, Qt/PyQt, Html5, Javascript, CSS, Django - Experience in the visualization of large stream data, OpenGl, shader programming, web-based visualization, d3.js, webg l- Experience in ML, AI, AR, MR utilizing Microsoft Azure or similar - Experience from data acquisition, cleaning, and data enablement for analysis - Experience in API/REST API - Fluent writing and speaking skills in English Medium - Experience in RPA - Robotic Process Automation - Experience in large data stream analysis and development of diagnostics, process monitoring, and control - Knowledge about APIs related to SAP or similar manufacturing execution systems (MES) and Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems - Experience in information modeling and modern IT infrastructure and architecture - Experience in MS Power Apps, Power Automate, or similar Job Title: Manufacturing Process Data Scientist Job description :&nbsp; - Work closely with process engineers/managers to understand the business analytic needs, identify process metrics and define actionable initiatives - Analyze manufacturing process data to drive improvement of business performance and support continuous improvement of process reliability, manufacturing yield, and profitability - Develop and maintain rich interactive visualization and event management (automated Kanban) through data interpretation and analysis of various reporting components from multiple data sources, e.g., OSIsfoft, Microsoft Azure data lake, SQL, SAP, etc. - Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, selecting the appropriate combination of methods and tools within defined technology stack to ensure optimal scalability and performance - Develop and maintain databases by acquiring data from primary and secondary sources, and build scripts/codes that will make our data evaluation/ decision process more flexible or scalable across data sets - Provide support for Adhoc requests from the Business Users - Identify critical operations for process improvement based on feedback from key stakeholders - Develop &amp; Coordinate training programs related to Process improvements and other identified needs. - Efficiently collaborate with the global data science team for local and global implementation Competences: Minimum: - Experience in C/C++, Python, C#, .NET, Qt/PyQt, Html5, Javascript, CSS, Django - Experience in the visualization of large stream data, OpenGl, shader programming, web-based visualization, d3.js, WebGL - Experience in ML, AI, AR, MR utilizing Microsoft Azure or similar - Experience in data acquisition, cleaning, and data enablement for analysis - Experience in API/REST API - Fluent writing and speaking skills in English Medium: - Experience in RPA - Robotic Process Automation - Experience in large data stream analysis and development of diagnostics, process monitoring, and control - Knowledge about APIs related to SAP or similar manufacturing execution systems (MES) and Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems - Experience in information modeling and modern IT infrastructure and architecture - Experience in MS Power Apps, Power Automate, or similar Bonus: - Knowledge about Lean Sig sigma manufacturing, - Experience in predictive and preventive maintenance - Experience in manufacturing automation and process control
