Minimum 2.5+ years of relevant experience in Data and Information Management domain with experience of Knowledge to build the data logic, data models and interfaces in QlikSense and commensurate scripting knowledge to support the same.

- Exposure to other BI tools like Tableau, Microsoft power BI etc.

- Strong analytical skills with business analysis aptitude. Knowledge and understanding of financial-services/ banking-operations is advantageous.

- Good knowledge of programming tools, preferably with proficiency in any one or combination of tools such as SAS, SQL, Cognos,, Excel VBA, Data Warehouse, R, Python, Oracle, across any of the platforms UNIX, mainframe or Windows.

- Knowledge of Cloud Computing (AWS, GCP), Data Modeling, Adobe Analytics and or exposure to Data Quality assessment and control (IBM MDM, Reference Data Management) is a plus

- Ability to comprehend intricate and diverse range of business problems and analyze them with limited or complex data and provide a feasible solution framework.

- Working ability on MS-Office suite of softwares.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Need to demonstrate ability to present technical concepts/solutions in simpler terms to business.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree from reputed university with specialization in numerical discipline and concentration in computer science, information systems or other engineering specializations. Exposure to advanced technologies like AWS, GCP, Adobe Analytics, Bigdata, Hadoop will have advantage

- Drive advanced visualisation/reporting support to the centralized Marketing Analytics capability in Group RBWM Data and Analytics CoE.

- Drive standardization of different Marketing KPIs involving automation and standardization of reporting across diverse geographies.

- Establish effective and detailed Post implementation reporting for high material BTL and ATL campaigns across diverse geographies.

- Collaborate with Finance to translate results from Marketing KPIs into Financial metrics like Sherwood Returns against marketing Spends.

- Collaborate with Country teams to understand their data structures and business priorities to drive analytical solutions aligned to Group Marketing objective.

- Drive data and report automation.

- Train junior team member on advanced tools and techniques.

KPIs

- Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI).

- Defining and driving First Response, Business Response and Business Outcome all marketing ATL/BTL campaigns.

- Incremental Revenue from sales activities driven through Marketing.

- % of Sales and Incremental Revenue that are analytically enabled.

The work would primarily involve the use of customer data and application of statistical tools and techniques to achieve the following:

- Develop machine learning driven solutions for business.

- Play a key role in developing new machine learning competencies.

- Help commercialize new age data like text and digital.

- 4 year Bachelor's or Master's degree from reputed University with concentration on quantitative field such as statistics, engineering, econometrics.

- Analytical skills with 1+ years of proven business analysis experience or equivalent preferred.

- Strong knowledge of statistical modeling techniques, Machine Learning algorithms (strong theoretical and working knowledge preferred) and SAS. Ability and attitude to be a constant learner is desirable.

- Ability to comprehend intricate and diverse range of business problems and analyze them with limited or complex data and provide a feasible solution framework.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to develop and effectively communicate complex concepts and ideas.
