Our stack built on a self-learning knowledge base combines consumer behaviour analytics and business data to help marketers make effective decisions in terms of strategy for market research, branding and digital media delivery. The management team includes alumni from Google, Times Group, EA Sports, P&G and Colgate-Palmolive.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Someone with both statistical modeling experience and technical, engineering skills

- Experienced on the commercial side, and decidedly - hands-on- and not just theoretical.

- Ability and experience dealing with very granular data

- Bring not just an analytics-orientation, but the ability to use analytics to drive key success metrics related to yield management and revenue generation.

- Work with others to develop, refine and scale data management and analytics procedures, systems, workflows, best practices and other issues.

In addition they need to be familiar with disciplines such as:

- Natural Language Processing: the interactions between computers and humans;

- Machine learning: using computers to improve as well as develop algorithms;

- Conceptual modelling: to be able to share and articulate modelling;

- Statistical analysis: to understand and work around possible limitations in models;

- Predictive modelling: most of the big data problems are towards being able to predict future outcomes;

- Hypothesis testing: being able to develop hypothesis and test them with careful experiments.

Experience:

- 4 to 6 years of experience

- Candidates only from IIT/NIT need to apply.
