Data Scientist - Healthcare Sector - IIT/BITS/NIT/IIM

You will work with data coming from many different sources (such as our Hospital clients, public data sources, our growing treasure of reference data) and devise scalable algorithms to detect patterns of medical processes hidden in the data, solve complex business problems while setting the stage for more efficient building design!

As a data scientist,besides innovating to build the new product, you will also

- participate in presenting our work to senior client executives

- present papers in conferences and file patents, and

- be an industry thought leader on Data Science & deep learning.

Our client is a dynamic startup with an exceptionally creative and talented team who are working to rethink how the fields of planning, architecture, engineering, construction and computer science can all come together to change how buildings (esp Hospitals) and cities are built!

Requirements:

- Programming experience in C/C++ or Java, R, Python, Scala, Spark

- 10+ years of experience (incl in a top product organisation) of data mining, machine learning and distributed computing

- You will have an undergraduate & post graduate degree in Computer Science from premier college such as IITs, BITS, NITs, IIMs, Ivy League etc

- You have a keen attention to detail (esp numbers), accuracy and are skilled in presenting and debating your analysis

- Have great listening and interpersonal skills - be able to be very effective with diverse internal and client teams

- Experience with International & healthcare projects (Asia) preferred but not required.

- Willingness to travel (Domestic and International)

- Motivated, self starter and team player

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Organizational skills that can guide a diverse multidisciplinary team

- Ability to effectively meet deadlines

- Skilled at agile project management approach
