Data Scientist - Entertainment Solution Provider

Client :

- Our client is one of the leading entertainment solution providers in the country and is building their analytics and data science capability in Mumbai.

- They are looking for a data scientist who would be able to derive insights from the large amount of television content they are generating.

As part of this role, you will be required to:

1. Build predictive models to derive insights related to consumer behavior

2. Build customer segmentation and targeting models

3. Develop end to end analytics solutions to ensure appropriate content is delivered to the target segment

4. Work closely with the leadership to grow the overall analytics practice

5. Contribute to research, white papers, blog, and other development activities

6. Work on project related to competitor analysis, benchmarking, MIS reporting and dash boarding

7. Engage with different internal stakeholders and adapt to different market maturity stages and business needs

Successful Candidate:

As a successful candidate, you need to have:

1. 2-5 years of relevant predictive modeling experience

2. B.Tech./B.E./Master's Degree/M.Phil./MBA from reputed institute(s)

3. Experience of working on large amount of data

4. Hands on experience in tools like SAS, SQL, R etc. is mandatory.

5. Be well read, consume & enjoy a lot of content (TV & movies) - with a specific interest in Hindi mass content

6. Excellent experience in data mining, MIS reporting and dash boarding

7. Good interpersonal skills
