Data Scientist - EduTech Platform - IIT/NIT/BITS

Opening for Data Science Professionals (1-9 years) for an AI-based Edutech Plaform in Bangalore.

Expertise in Python and No SQL database (Mandatory)

B. Tech/ M. Tech in Computer Science/ IT background preferred.

Eligibilty:

- A minimum of one year of industry experience with R&D skills.

- Fluency in Python (pandas, numpy, scikit etc) or another scripting language

- Experience with R, Matlab, or other statistical tools

- Experience with big data, map-reduce, noSQL, Hadoop, HBase, Hive, Pig, Spark, ElasticSearch

- Experience applying natural language processing, data mining, or machine learning to solve real-world problems on massive data sets

- Strong understanding of statistics, algebra, probability, and mathematical optimization.

- Experience or interest in applying science to tackle problems in education at scale

- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with people from a variety of technical backgrounds

- Freshers (coming from IITs only )can also apply provided they have worked on AI on any of the project or thesis.
