- Very well proficient with ML methods. Ability to build & design grid search to optimize ML model. Must be able to also run sets of descriptive analytics quickly.

- AI/ML such as such as Clustering, Regression, Bayesian methods, tree-based learners, SVM, RF, XGBOOST, time series modelling, dimensionality reduction, SEM, GLM, GLMM, Deep learning, Neural Network, Topic Modelling, Multivariate Statistics, K-NN, Nave Bayes etc.

- Model development, strategy , any experience is preferred

- Should be able to understand client requirements and come up with the solutions like developing models, devising strategies etc.

- Superior verbal and written communications skills with extreme attention-to-detail

- Would prefer folks with shorter notice period or immediate joiners
