Experience : 1 to 6.5 Years

Current CTC : should be above 15 LPA

Mandate : IIT Btech only from

IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Mumbai, IIT Delhi, IIT Roorkee

- Develop data-driven solutions and products that enhance customer experience, optimize efficiency and mitigate risk, which will leverage :

- Programming skills such as Python and R,

- Modelling techniques such as predictive and segmentation models,

- Digital analytics for understanding customer behavior and enhancing experience,

- Using ML Algorithms for Computer vision and natural language processing

- Efforts that could culminate in patents filed

- Curriculum development and conducting training in chosen areas of specialization

- Strong Leadership Skills, to be able to lead and motivate teams
