The Role :

Part of the solutions team providing customer analytics insights to create software solutions.

Indicative Deliverables :

- Ability to understand business problems and design advanced statistical and analytical solutions independently.

- Develop solutions for innovative scenarios using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Techniques.

- Collaborate with the technology team and creation of analytical models using text mining, predictive as well as prescriptive analysis.

- Communicate analytical results and developed solutions in a way that is meaningful for business stakeholders and provides actionable insights.

The Person for the role :

- Technology geek with about 4 to 8 years experience and a passion for AI/ML with proficiency in Java.

- Should be able to decide on the best machine learning/modeling/analysis techniques and provide actionable insights/ model algorithms to the business

- Demonstrated expertise in machine learning and advanced modeling techniques like Neural Networks, Deep learning, Random Forest, GBM, KNN, SVM, Bayesian, Text Mining techniques, Logistic, Regression etc

- High level of proficiency in statistical tools and programming environments like Python, R, SAS, Big Data platforms like Hadoop & Spark etc.
