Responsibilities - - Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive E2E solutions - Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization strategies - Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques - Executing feature engineering, model selection and other optimization to improve accuracy - Create and develop custom data structures and algorithms for the use of data sets - Design data flow, ML Ops flow, Statistical test and Predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes - Collaborate with various functional departments to create processes and resources for monitoring and analyzing the model output, data consistency, and other outcomes. Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or related field (Tier 1 college candidate will be preferred) - 3+ hands-on years of professional experience in developing Machine Learning models as data science role, applying ML techniques, and understand the performance related key parameters. - Experienced in solving complex business problems using multiple data science methodologies with emphasis on product development - Strong math (linear algebra, statistics) and analytical skills - Proficient with statistical languages (R, Python) & data analysis/manipulation packages such as sklearn, pandas, tensorflow, keras etc. to manipulate data and withdraw solutions from terabytes of data. - Knowledge of a variety of machine learning/deep learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks. - Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, data mining, forecasting statistical tests etc.) and experience with applications. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams. - A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques. Preferred Criteria: - Professional experience with any kind of machine learning systems in production - Candidate with knowledge of RF/completed some projects related to RF
