We have an immediate opening with a client of ours which is a Startup providing AI based Debt Collection Services. Position: Data Scientist Location: Bangalore Experience : 4 to 6 Yrs. Compensation : 25 Lakhs IMPORTANT NOTE: Should be a graduate from one of the top engineering colleges - Those who have banking industry domain expertise shall be preferred. Duties : - Business problem understanding - Convert business problem into a mathematical problem - Selecting features, building and optimizing classifiers using machine learning techniques - Data mining using statistical techniques - Extending company's data with third party sources of information when needed - Processing, cleansing and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis Skills and Qualifications : - Excellent understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms such as Regression, Decision trees, Random forests, Neural networks, NLP techniques etc ( 3-4 years of hardcore data science experience ) - Should have extensive experience in feature creation - Good applied statistics skills, such as distributions, statistical testing, regression, Neural networks, etc. - Experience with common data science toolkits such as R, Python etc - Great communication skills - Data-oriented personality Interested candidates can connect with Sanjay 9900308465
