Technologies:

Core: R/Python(NumPy, SciPy, SKLearn, etc)/Scala, Zeppelin/Jupyter, Linux

Secondary: SQL, Hive, Pig, HDFS

Required skills

- Excellent understanding of machine learning algorithms such as SVM, Anomaly deduction, Neural Networks, PCA, Recommendation Algorithms.

- Knowledge of Statistical modelling and data mining techniques would be a plus

- Knowledge of computer science algorithms in general would be a plus

- Should have successfully worked on production scale predictive and big data solutions

- Must be skilful in feature engineering techniques. Big Data thinking is essential

- Must be proficient in one or R/Python/Scala on Linux.

- Exposure to Big data platforms such as Spark, Hadoop, Mahout, ML Libraries is essential

- Experience with data visualisation tool

- Domain expertise in one or more industry verticals is essential

- Expertise in optimization techniques such LP, Quadratic Programming, etc would be advantage
