Data Science Role - Founding Team

Responsibilities:

- Produce innovative solutions driven by exploratory data analysis from unstructured, diverse datasets

- Applies knowledge of statistics, machine learning, programming, data modeling, simulation, and advanced mathematics to recognize patterns, identify opportunities, pose business questions, and make valuable discoveries leading to prototype development and product improvement

- Uses a flexible, analytical approach to design, develop, and evaluate predictive models and advanced algorithms that lead to optimal value extraction from the data

- Analyze large amounts of data and identify anomalies, recognize patterns, and provide business level insights

- Work with multiple sources of data, data structures, pipelines and effectively form a combined dataset powerful enough for modeling

- Identify the scopes of applying Machine Learning strategies; explore various model options which best suit the problem; design algorithms to make them robust

- Convert insights to descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive models by creating optimal solutions

- Query large datasets with the ability to construct the right data structures by analyzing its complexity.

- Develop, test, and evaluate up-to-date Machine Learning and Deep Learning models

- Automate processes for predictive model validation, deployment, and implementation

- Analyse large data sets of unstructured data

- Build the backend data pipelines and also contribute in UI development

- Build ML and AI capabilities

- Knowledge of data engineering will be great

- Should be hands-on with PySpark

- Work with the founder in experimenting and problem solving

- Evolve the product into a great user friendly one

- Automate workflows as much as possible
