Principle Accountabilities: - Lead discussions around business objectives related to Analytics/Machine Learning across variety of internal stakeholders. - You will independently ideate, conceptualize, develop, and deploy analytical solutions to create business impact in the function you are responsible - You will leverage business context and data analytics skills to define the business problem to be solved, develop methodology and roadmap, formulate analytical approach, and define data gathering approach - Demonstrate excellence in engagement delivery, insightful thought-leadership, strategic problem solving, high impact team management and strong customer relations at senior executive levels - Lead and mentor BAs & DSs. - Coach, mentor, motivate, supervise, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work Required Candidate profile : Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required: - Knowledge of tools such as Advance Excel, SQL, Python for performing data analysis is must - Excellent working knowledge and understanding of all key aspects of a typical business product, marketing, operations, and finance - Good understanding of credit models, default prediction models, propensity models, customer segmentation - People management skills: Ability to build, lead and mentor large teams of analysts
