Responsibilities:

Responsible for delivery of Data Science projects.

- Understand & decompose complex business problems into Data Science/Analytical problems

- Develop & deploy models/algorithms using Machine Learning, Statistics & Econometric models, Deep Learning, etc.

- Align work and set priorities appropriate to the development of all team members while ensuring business objectives/goals are met

- Review algorithms & code developed by team

- Design and share Data Science best practices

Role:

Data Science lead would build and lead a team of Data Scientists

Skills:

- Graduate in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science is preferred.

- 10+years of experience in building machine learning, statistical learning models,

optimization algorithms or equivalent

- Highly proficient in one or more of Python, R, Scala, Java, or equivalent programming languages

- Exposure in Personalization/Recommendation/Search System/Click Stream is preferred.

Experience: 8 to 15 years
