Advanced MS PowerPoint skills. - Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate results to non-technical businesspeople. - Working with Stakeholders on projects including program design, analysis, and implementation. - Experience using AWS cloud for analytics and model development and deployment. - Proficiency in advanced statistical methods, data mining methods, deterministic modeling methods, hypothesis testing, clustering, machine learning predictions, and text mining. - Proficient and experienced using Python language for ML/AI implementations. - Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to determine appropriate data analytics approach and tools based on project tasks and stakeholder requirements. - Strong motivation to work on people analytics and learn the external people analytics landscape and trends. - Education: Bachelors or master's in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering with a background in data mining or machine learning.
