Data Quality

Urgent opening for the location of Bangalore.

- Work closely with CDS Data Quality Manager to ensure Data Quality related functional deliverables are fully met.

- Deliver the Data Quality initiatives to improve overall data (identification, cleansing, enrichment) and to make preventative changes

- Work with the global and regional heads of data quality and their teams to continually assess the health of account & SSI data in ISD and Assassin

- Execute checks to assess quality of ISD data

- Provide SME input to help drive solutions for various projects that relates to data that CDS maintains

- Provide a data quality assessment for all CDS change initiatives and external change initiatives impacting CDS

- Perform gap analysis between data standards and targets to current ISD data

- Contribute to implementing the recommendations identified by gap analysis to improve ISD data quality

- Develop and manage strong relationships with identified stakeholder groups teams across CDS, DART and Markets Operations

- Follow the agreed governance and engagement model as defined by the CDS Data Quality Manager

- Liaise with internal clients to facilitate effective process change and ensure expectations are effectively managed

- Work closely with CDS Data Quality Manager to ensure workstream deliverables are aligned with overall strategic objectives and CDS Target Operating Model

- Identify opportunities to implement strategic or optimal solutions and where possible, avoid workarounds or short term tactical solutions.

- Engage with the wider CDS community to identify new dependencies, synergies, constraints or impacts to Client Data Services (Change or BAU)

- Working with stakeholders to ensure that externally driven change initiatives deliver solutions which do not negatively impact the CDS service provision.

- Understand all changes in the wider context of the Client Hub, Client Central implementation for CDS

- Manage stakeholder expectations and follow communication and escalation mechanisms put in place
