Data Privacy/GDPR/Data Protection Analyst - Bank

The key purpose of this role is to perform assessments on processes and systems that relate to personal data and maintain business flows / cartographies

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

1. Perform interviews with stakeholder's in-order to identify the process and systems that relate in personal data in the scope of GDPR.

2. Identification of Business Processes and systems that related to Personal Data and are deemed in-scope for GDPR

3. Review commercial agreements and contracts, including Data Protection agreements with Data processors.

4. Contribute to Data IT Validation Committee and Transformation Committee by interviewing application owners and helping translate the same On the ITVC template

Contributing Responsibilities

1. Proactive suggestions for process evolution

2. Be a part of the team representing APM to the higher management in different forums

Functional & Behavioral Competencies

1. Knowledge of GDPR related regulation

2. Knowledge of Data privacy by design.

3. Good Written and Oral communication skills

4. Strong follow up skills

5. Good Excel skills
