JD :

- Vendor Governance activities Performance management, Scorecards, Vendor refresh, etc.

- Responsible for Database management & Reporting

- Undertake Business Unit wise, Cost Centre wise & Supplier wise comprehensive Spend Analysis for the area & Commodity requested

- Provide a summary of internal & external analysis including recommendations, if any

- Use & interface with widely known sourcing databases (like Archer, BIQ, Ariba- & repositories for getting the best available market & sourcing know how

- Create & maintain a research database for use reference & use for future requirements

- Support Vendor Managers on Vendor Governance activities

- Provide an overall opportunity assessment report for the commodity area requested including benchmarking the sourcing process as per market practice

- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports based on sourcing commodity manager requirements

- Undertake External Market Research analysis including preparation of detailed supplier profiles to include service capabilities, geographical footprint & other key details

Skills :

- Strong academic background (preferably MBA)

- Excellent Analytical and Research skills

- Good communication skills will be required to liaise independently with Vendor Managers & Sourcing Commodity Managers

- Spend analysis capabilities

- Basic understanding of Procurement concepts & Sourcing Commodity areas

- Previous market & vendor research experience in sourcing/procurement area an advantage

- Candidates should posses good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point & Word as well as have a polish in preparation of reports

Shift Timings- 9:00am-10:30pm

- 6 days in a week
