Data Monetization Role

- This role is responsible for leading activities to generate and maximize value from data. The role will own all aspects of exploiting and monetizing data, strategically advance the competitive advantage.

- The role is also responsible for leveraging external data acquired through effective processes to identify, select, procure, store and use external data sources.

- Responsible for providing the business, both globally and locally, with the right data and insight, identifying and extracting value and ensure effective data management execute flawless delivery and ensure data accessibility, all at the most effective and efficient cost.

Principal Accountabilities :

1. Lead Data Monetization opportunities

- Lead the development of the Data monetization framework, collaborating with the organization's Data Privacy and Legal teams to assess opportunities with appropriate consideration to risk control and data privacy

- Lead evaluation of potential business models and exploration of commercialization alternatives for data monetization and identification of routes to market

- Manage all activities associated with opportunities in data monetization: e.g. data readiness and execution, commercial terms agreements, identification of subscribers and use cases, opportunity framing, the definition of support team, etc.

2. Lead external data acquisition to complement existing data and enhance insight generation

- Lead a coordinated approach for purchasing and leveraging external data sources

- Develop guidelines and supporting process for purchasing, storing and leveraging of external data

- Implement effective cataloging of externally sourced data, T&Cs and Costs

3. Maximizing Data value generation activities

- Responsible to maximize value delivery from analytical projects

- Develop effective tools for value tracking

- Lead activities to improve forecasting of value from initiatives, tracking and sign off

- Facilitate PIR assessment, leveraging existing activity where practical
