Job description :

- Gathering and understanding the business requirement from the clients

- Conversion of the business requirement into data specification

- Designing/suggesting relevant analysis to meet the business requirement

- Prioritizes within and across projects and is accountable for team documentation and deliverables

- Contributes to the innovation of analytical techniques, monitors their efficiency and effectiveness, leads continuous improvement, and shares best practices to ensure consistency

- Partners with business clients to understand business needs and share results and insights

- Management team in business development initiatives - expanding solution portfolio and offerings in Analytics domain

- Engage Business Partners to ensure analytic solutions are appropriate to existing business processes and level of readiness

Skill Set

- Good knowledge of SAS/BASE, SAS/GRAPH, SAS/SQL and Statistical procedures.

- Working knowledge of R

- Experience working with multiple data-sets, Correlation Analysis and Hypothesis testing.

- Exposure to advanced analytics methodologies such as Regression (Linear, Logistic, etc.),Cluster Analysis, CART/CHAID, etc.

- Project Management & Team Management exposure.

- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills

- Should have worked across Marketing and Customer Analytics, Pricing Analytics, Supply Chain Analytics & Digital Analytics (one or more areas)
