Data Modeler - Data Warehousing Project - Banking Domain

We are hiring with following skills

- Data Modeler for Data Warehousing Project

- Part of Mumbai BI team and be responsible for the deliverables of the team

Requirements analysis:

- Project Management Assistance

- Strong data Modelling and data mapping skills

- Strong knowledge of Data Ware Housing

- Contribute to draft several project documents (Detailed specifications, User Guide- )

- 10 years of hands-on experience in Data Modeling / Design activities for big DWH projects. Experience in Oracle technologies preferred

- Expertise in DWH concepts and building DWH data models from scratch

- Very good understanding of SQL, Oracle 11g preferred

- Good communication skills

Candidate Requirements for the role:

Education Background: B.E., MCA, MBA or equivalent Degree

Technical knowledge & Skills:

Technical Skills

- Comfortable with VBA applications for MS Excel, MS Access (mandatory), SQL Server design (tables, queries, stored procedure)

- Comfortable with basic office productivity tools (Outlook, Lotus Notes, Word, PowerPoint) Delivery and Project Management

- Experience needed in project management, resource management and deployments

- Experience in software development life cycle and product management

- Experience in People Management and Engagement

- Review team performance and set targets, goals, objectives for self and the team

- Assessing performance, providing feedback, coaching on behavioral and technical topics

- Assist the team to navigate the organization

- Ability to navigate complex organizations and processes, while providing direction to the project and team members

- Engaging global and local stakeholders. Plan for projects, activities, availability and capacity of the team, in sync with the global BI organized
