Educational Qualification - Graduate + MBA

Skills (Must Have)

- Exposure to International KPO process reporting

- Sound understanding of Data Management and Reporting practices

- Excellent Analytical Skills

- Excellent presentation skills

- Exposure to ERP – SAP / Oracle

- Excellent interpersonal, networking & team handling skills

- Excellent Communication Skill – Oral and Written A+

- Open to Travel as above and should have Valid passport

Experience - 10 to 15 Years

Job Description

- Responsible to develop Data Management and reporting business

- Development and deployment of Go-To Market Strategy

- Development and deployment of innovative solutions including Solution design, transition, training, performance matrix finalization, Stabilization of Operations, Process improvement initiatives and transformation.

- Ability to independently manage end to end sales cycle starting from developing a solution, writing proposal, preparing for the orals, defending it, commercial discussions all the through contract discussions

- Solution for Outsourcing in KPO domain including Technical aspects

- Depth of experience in KPO Outsourcing

- Response to RFP

- Presentation to Customer

- Influencing and Negotiating

- Process Documentation – SOP and Flow diagrams

- Project Management and Reporting

- Leading Strategic Alliance & Partnerships initiatives

- Build enhanced Data management and reporting services, as well as associated differentiators between organizations and the competition’s offerings.

- Capability to defend and present solutions to the client.

- Lead Knowledge Transfer teams
