Data Manager - Digital Assets Team - Database Research Firm

- At the heart of our business lies our digital platform. Designed, developed and maintained by our Products team the platform not only manages every single aspect of our research business but also provides critical intelligence to our compliance, sales and operations teams.

- In our constant endeavour to improve the platforms usability and efficiency, we are looking to hire a Research Manager to raise the quality of our digital assets to the next level.

- You will work within our Products team and would be required to use your data management, research skills and people management skills to improve the platform's business impact.

The Role - Primary Responsibilities -

- Ownership of the business taxonomy of our Digital Assets

- Maintain the quality of our internal database of companies and products

- Act as key stakeholder to design the internal tools to maintain information accuracy

- Grow and manage a team of analysts who will maintain the quality of information with business SLAs

You will have to comply to strict procedures to ensure the best possible quality of data, often collaborating with other team members or users of the data on ambiguous cases

Qualifications & Skills Desired -

Minimum 3-4 years of experience working with a reputed research database company such as Capital IQ, Bloomberg, SNL, and Thomson Reuters, amongst others

Strong secondary research skills -
