Data Lead - Digital Procurement

This person will be playing a lead in the Bangalore team.

Will not have a direct team to Manage.

The Procurement COE data lead Senior Manager will be responsible for leading procurement data strategy to drive improved process, better insights (external and internal) in supporting procurement to achieve better performance as well as to provide future fit to the overall business. The leader will work closely with the Procurement Excellence Leadership Team, Shared Services, and engage with functions across Kenvue primary Technology and Supply chain excellence.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications ?

- Bachelor's Degree is required, an MBA or other advanced degree is strongly preferred

- 8+ years of few years of working experience in procurement and/or technology

- Experience in managing data in procurement and creating insights is preferred.

- 2+ years in project management and a strong track record in the delivery of lean process improvement projects is required

- Strong level of experience and knowledge specific to the supported E2E Process

- Leadership, communication, influencing, and collaboration skills are required

- Experience in identifying and harnessing customer oriented innovative solutions is required

- Ability to influence and understand the diverse needs of stakeholders (e.g., Supply Chain, Global Services) is required

- Travel up to 10% domestic & international may be required.

Desired Qualifications:

- Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry preferred

- Demonstrated experience managing data and leading data driven processes , insights and process improvement

- PMP Certification or Process Excellence/Six Sigma Certification is preferred.

- Experience working in a Project Management Organization is desirable?

- Effective and strong partnership and relationship building skills with key stakeholders

- Analytical and strategic thinker, and highly developed problem-solving skills. Ability to analyse complex data to draw supportable conclusions and recommendations

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, and daily planned and unplanned operational activities

- Strong presentation skills: can speak across various forums and communicate to broad, diverse audience
