Data Governance Role - IT/KPO

Data Governance

Must have skills:

- Experience in setting up and using Data Catalog, Data Governance tools

- Experience with Talend Data Catalog (TDC) would be highly preferred

- 3-5 years of experience in Data engineering/ETL role in an analytics environment

- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with SQL, Excel, and Redshift database (AWS)

- Experience in data visualization (Tableau)

- Strong verbal and business communication skills.

- Defining Data Lineage and creating Data Catalogue using Collibra

- Work alongside the central data quality team and data engineers to ensure high-quality data and observability

- Knowledge of data governance practices, business and technology issues related to the management of enterprise information assets and approaches related to data protection.

- Identify new business opportunities pertaining to the use of information assets to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in the marketplace / represent data as a strategic business asset at the -Senior Management table

- In conjunction with the IT, provide progress reports to Board management and oversee periodic updates to the Department Data Governance Roadmap.
