Data & Digital Lead - IT

Job Location is Jigani Link Road,bangalore

Key Responsibilities and accountabilities

- Analyse and organize raw data and Preparing data for various modelling requirements

- Build and Maintain data systems and pipelines

- Evaluate business needs and objectives

- Manage the Ingestion of data from Multiple sources of Ashirvad to the Data Lake.

- Manage Data sources, Combine raw information from different sources

- Manage and Maintain Ingestion using tools like AWS Glue, Flow or other ELTL tools

- Explore ways to enhance data quality and reliability

- Interpret trends and patterns

- Conduct complex data analysis and report on results

- Prepare data for prescriptive and predictive modelling

- Build algorithms and prototypes

- Identify opportunities for data acquisition

- Develop analytical tools and programs

- Collaborate with Data Scientist and architect on projects to arrive at the desired outcome

Who You Are:

- Overall, 5 years' experience in which 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics and Digital solutions with exposure to Lake house architecture

- Master's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent degree

- Technical expertise with data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques

- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Java and Python) and with hands-on experience with SQL database design

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong influencing and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) with the ability to be a thought partner/ coach to internal team

- Should have exposure toCloud ELTL, Cloud DWH, AI and ML tools

- Exposure to agile software development, and/or development management

- Experience in implementing Data analytics solutions in Retail Industry would be an advantage

- Positive attitude and motivation to deliver and ensure highest quality deliverables. Able to respond positively and calmly to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
