Main responsibilities:

Project management and coordinated delivery of the project, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that work is joined up, coordinated, deliverables are tracked and any risks to delivery are identified. Involves working across Programs, Fundraising, Finance, Communications, and others for meeting the project deliverables.

Project Management of the Program

- Ensure a detailed project plan and sub-plans for delivery of the project and its various elements are in place and coordinate the delivery of key objectives

- Work with the leadership and internal committees to identify priorities, track progress, manage risks and ensure joined up working across delivery areas

- Track overall progress of all key deliverables and initiatives identified for successful delivery of the project

- Manage internal meetings, track progress of actions from the meetings, document and circulate notes and actions, and set up processes for accountability from internal stakeholders

- Track key performance indicators and milestones through a smart information system, dashboards, and analysis of reports and data

- Prepare progress reports and updates for the Board and various forums, as required

- Ensure that best practices are applied to the project management and design and that all learning is captured to ensure continuous improvement

Functional Details:

Education: Masters in Business Administration/Economics/Development Studies

Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years' experience in strategy/management/consulting in non-profits, consulting firms, philanthropies, foundations, etc.
