Data Analytics Practice Head - Conglomerate

We are scouting for a Data Evangelist for one of the Conglomerate Service provider based out at Bangalore, Role focused on built up an Analytics practice from scratch, Experience of driving a service line profitably. Should have proven track record of leading large technology practice, building COE's and delivering enterprise-wide Digital transformation programs.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Be the leader with specialization in AI/ML, Data Analytics & Data Management

2. Drive the service line and take ownership of providing analytical solutions, Product development, Innovation, Digital Transformation for the Organization

3. Defining best practices for project support and documentation, providing analytical support to various projects for new clients

4. Identify scope for planning, implementing & monitoring of technological changes to enhance efficiency, process flows etc.

5. Drive new business & get in new accounts

6. Service & manage existing accounts and ensuring increase of revenue

7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth, best in class service delivery

8. Ensuring complete in-process quality control and continuous improvement in process capabilities, foreseeing performance bottlenecks and taking corrective measures to avoid the same.

Candidate profile:

a. A senior technology leader with 15+ years of experience largely in AI/ML, Big Data, Data Analytics, Data models, Predictive Analytics.

b. Ideally should have built up an Analytics practice from scratch.

c. Should have proven track record of leading large technology practice, building COE's and delivering enterprise-wide Digital transformation programs.

d. Experience of driving a service line profitably.

e. Capability of getting in new accounts with repeat business.
