Data Analytics Manager

We are currently scouting for a Manager - Data Analytics for a leading broking house in Mumbai.

Job Role:

- Design and run analytics on retail broking clients for

- Customer acquisition

- Designing campaigns and programs

- Up-selling

- Reducing attrition

- Creating predictive models

- Dealer and sales management

- Improving customer service

Candidate should also be able to review and improve the process of capturing data.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Knowledge of statistical tools (Stats in Excel, SPSS, SAS)

- Good understanding of basic and advanced analytical tools

- Good knowledge of underlying statistic concepts

- Ability to be independent and manage teams

- Ability to work in ambiguity
