Data Analyst - SAP HANA - KPO

We are seeking a seasoned and highly experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Data Analyst. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive expertise in data analysis, SAP HANA, Azure, and Power BI to drive transformative insights and solutions. This role will involve leading complex data transformation projects, creating advanced reports and dashboards, and mentoring junior team members to deliver exceptional results. The candidate should demonstrate strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of database management, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

- Lead data transformation initiatives, leveraging SAP HANA and Azure to optimize data management processes.

- Develop advanced Power BI reports and dashboards to visualize complex data sets and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

- Design and implement database objects such as Tables, Views, Stored Procedures, and Indexes to ensure efficient data manipulation and consistency.

- Schedule and manage reports on a weekly and monthly basis to meet client requirements and organizational needs.

- Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, ensuring their professional growth and development.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve data analysis capabilities and processes.

- Ensure adherence to data quality standards and best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data integrity and accuracy.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Expertise in SAP HANA, Azure, and Power BI, with a proven track record of delivering complex data transformation projects.

- Strong leadership skills with experience in leading and mentoring teams to achieve exceptional results.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

- Proven ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver high-quality results under pressure.

- Deep understanding of data governance principles, data modeling techniques, and data visualization best practices.
