Our client is a global consulting firm. They are working on a Customer Service Transformation Project aimed at enhancing Customer Service SLA and cost reduction for a large Indian Private Bank based in Mumbai.

They are looking for Data Analytics Consultants with prior experience working with Python and SQL to join their team in Mumbai. The consultant's contributions will play a pivotal role in enhancing the bank's service delivery standards and optimizing cost management strategies.

Key responsibilities:

- Conducting Data Analysis to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement within the customer service domain

- Creating intuitive Dashboards to visualize key performance indicators and facilitate data-driven decision-making processes

- Collaborating closely with internal teams to understand requirements, gather data, and communicate findings effectively

- Reporting to project leads or designated supervisors, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and recommendations

- Contributing to the ongoing Customer Service Transformation Project, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives

- Engaging with stakeholders across various levels of the organization to gather feedback and support implementation efforts

Your background:

- 2-3 years of experience in a relevant role, preferably with exposure to data analysis and dashboard creation

- Proficiency in programming languages, particularly Python (Intermediate to High), SQL (Intermediate to High), and MS Excel (Basic to Intermediate)

- A degree in Computer Applications (B.C.A.) or Engineering (B.Tech.) is preferred, although equivalent experience will also be considered

- Experience in the banking sector is desirable but not mandatory

This opportunity will be on an initial 6-month contract and the project location for this role is Mumbai.
