Data Analyst - Online/KPO/Research

Key Responsibilities :

1. Data Intelligence : Provide efficient analysis of data for more accurate understanding of large complex, unstructured data sets for internal and external stakeholders.

2. Data Visualization : Enhance insights by identifying data trends and value drivers through data visualization tools and techniques.

3. Advanced User Analytics : Use new and existing user data, and advanced quantitative analysis to generate deeper insights and drive better and faster decision-making across the business.

Job Description :

- 2+ years of experience in scripting in python or other languages for analytics, Queries.

- Have advanced knowledge of SQL Database, PostgreSQL and Reporting Tools to enhance current reporting, including proven ability of analysis and identification of actionable next steps.

- Experience with Dashboard and reporting tools.

- Should work with the Business, Operations and Tech teams to understand and derive Requirements.

- Identifies data trends and performs data analysis. Present findings and make recommendations for business and programs.

- Prioritizes and manages multiple tasks to meet deadlines; and seeks guidance from manager as needed to clarify assignments or requests, ask questions, or seek additional information.

- Serves as a resource to the department and division, and provides information and training as required.

Job Specifications :

- Min 2 years of work experience in data analytics domain with a data driven firm.

- Ability to work as a member of a fast-paced startup environment.

- Demonstrated experience in timely creation of both standard and ad hoc reporting, data analysis and presentation of findings eps.

- Experience identifying a customer's need before they ask.

- Strong communication skills with ability to work with technology and product managers.

- Experience collaborating with a team of varying skill sets

- Proficiency with MS Office with advanced skills in Excel (Pivot Tables, V-lookups, and Macros)

- Proficiency with Data modeling tools like R, Tableau etc

- Knowledge of Financial Modeling along with business data

- Desire to learn emerging technologies

- Excellent academic record with an undergrad degree from Tier 1 college
