Data Analyst - Media (E/SE)- IIT/NIT/BITSPilani

ABOUT THE ROLE :

- Use data analysis techniques and big data capability to predict and influence business outcomes

- Using data science to monitor and optimize user growth and retention initiatives as well as channel and communication performance

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Synthesizing data from various sources to help in development of effective user acquisition and retention programs and solve emerging business problems

- Ownership of the analytics tools and databases to deliver custom analyses for business

- Regular enhancements to analytics tools to increase reporting capabilities

- Periodic data reporting to various business teams. Addition of necessary drill-down capabilities to existing reports

QUALIFICATION :

- B.E. from premier college/ Post Graduate degree or equivalent, preferably in a quantitative discipline with 2+ years of experience in data analytics

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS :

- Experience in using digital analytics tool such as Google Analytics, Omniture etc. and platforms like apps flyer, localities etc.

- Advanced analytics skills with knowledge of JSON queries or JavaScript, R programming, Tableau, and Database management skills will be an added advantage

- Knowledge of automation of data processing and reporting
