Data Analyst - KPO

Primary Responsibilities:

- Business Intelligence Analysis: Sourcing & Analysis of data along different operating parameters and dimensions of the organization; Data Sanitization / Ensuring Data Quality; Critical / Causal Analysis of Data/ trends, including Performance/ Failure Analysis; Provide Data Analysis to support Management Decision Making as needed

- Mapping & Analysis of business / operational processes to provide insights to performance impacting factors

- Implement Systems / Programs for effective & efficient data collection

- Visualiztion, Design & Development of Reports & Dashboards, MIS Reporting

- Forecasting Performance Parameters and Lead Indicators

Key deliverables:

- Integrated system of Data Collection and Representation

- Timely and value-added Business Analysis Reports

- Management Reports & Dashboards

- Insights into Performance Impact areas and underlying actioning parameters

Role Requirements:

- Knowledge of Data Mining & Analysis Tools

- Database Management knowledge

- Programming SQL + other basic

- Business Analysis: Identification of critical performance parameters, underlying causal factors

- Process Mapping & Analysis

- Data Representation, Dashboard Visualisation
