Data Analyst - IT

Job Summary

- 2 + years of industrial experience in Data Analyses, Predictive Modelling and Machine Learning

- Collecting and Processing data from primary and secondary data sources 

- Analyzing and Interpreting large volumes of data to derive actionable insights using analytical, logical and statistical methods 

- Identify patterns and trends in the data (simple and complex) and translate the findings to prepare the data for modeling 

- Create visualizations, charts and dashboards as per requirements to showcase analyses and findings 

- Should be able to apply descriptive and predictive modeling techniques to the transformed data and identify the best fit 

- Work with the team and understand existing data models and define processes (if needed) for optimizing and enhancing efficiency

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Hands-on experience on analytical tools like Python (Mandatory), R, Excel 

- Experience with BI / Visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI 

- Good knowledge of Databases, SQL and performance tuning 

- Understanding of statistical concepts relevant to data processing and model building 

- Good logical and analytical thinking with excellent communication skills
