Desired profile:

Qualification: Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in data science/ data analytics or basic degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Mathematics/Statistics with exposure to data analytics.

Work Location: Mumbai

Experience: Atleast 3 years post qualification experience

- Preferred- Candidates who have worked with hashtag#ECommerce or hashtag#alliedanalytic fields

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop strategies to track the Key Performance Indices for Business through dashboards

- Generate valuable business insights based on the platform data and be instrumental in creating marketing and operational efficiencies for scaling up business

- Develop performance score cards using statistical tools to predict behavioural outcomes on the platform.

- Collaborate with business, product, technology and operations teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, & recommend system modifications.

- Select, configure and implement analytics solutions.

- Define appropriate analytics models in addition to identifying and readying relevant data sources for analysis

- Oversee all analytics operations to correct discrepancies and ensure quality.

- Extract reports from multiple sources (e.g. Business, operations, IT, customer feedback)

- Build systems to transform raw data into actionable business insights.

- Use AI/ ML to generate business insights and improve operational efficiencies.

- Keep abreast of industry news and trends.

Key Competencies:

- Good communication skills

- Knowledge of Excel, Python, R and SQL; familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI , Big Query)

- Added skills - AI, LML, NLP

- Analytical skills and strong organisational abilities
