Description
Tools & Systems :
- Acts as an SME on consumption of operational data sources and systems
- Designs and sets up reporting solutions for large and complex systems independently.
- Demonstrates expertise and flexibility in handling multiple BI systems used for ETL and reporting purposes
- Able to troubleshoot issues and provide requisite details needed by Engineering / Product to enable timely resolution
Descriptive analysis :
- Possess deep understanding of the relevant business function and their dependencies on other streams
- Deeply understands key business metrics and their drivers
- Independently performs deep RCAs and generates actionable insights
- Presents and articulates findings/insights to stakeholders independently
Delivery & Execution :
- Proactively identifies and acts on opportunities to leverage automation to improve process productivity
- Creates robust processes to regularly QC data in key dashboards/reports
- Breaks the task/project in smaller & logical, clear actions and highlights dependencies, risks so as to keep the business & peers well-informed
- Independently plans the deliverables in such as way that they map to the business needs both with respect to ETA's and quality/usefulness of the outputs
- Influences peer teams to prioritize tasks Analytics work is dependent on
- Contributes to form longer term plans of the team
Business Partnering :
- Demonstrates the understanding of the business context and the analytical/reporting needs especially when working on New product / New Service introduction
- Interacts effectively with relevant stakeholders from business, product and engineering to move tasks forward
- Communicates effectively around aspects of project execution: requirements, timelines, dependencies, priorities and impact
- Broadcast significant events (metrics, reports, insights, analysis) to relevant stakeholders

- Mentors team members through discussions/ reviews and following up on the progress
