Key Responsibility :
- Investigating, analysing, and capturing requirements (user stories) related tosecure software development practices across Platforms and Enterprise brands.
- Developing understanding of DevSecOps best practice in other sectors and extrapolating as appropriate.
- Developing and delivering interventions to enable and incentivize secure development practices, leveraging gamification and immersive learning techniques.
- Performing data analysis and developing methods and metrics to assess DevSecOps interventions and benchmark their success in promoting greater security.
- Liaising with end users to identify and develop good DevSecOps practices and assist in embedding them as business as usual.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of Cyber Security principles and ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms.
- Excellentdata and statistical analysis skills. Ability to handle ambiguity and complex requirements, and consolidate and analyse data to draw appropriate conclusions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to be understood by both technical and non-technical personnel
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple tasks
- Able to work in a multi-disciplinary collaborative environment
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills
- Strong self-starting and can-do attitude
Experience
- Six or more years of experience in an analytical or consultancy role.
- Experience delivering organizational change.
- A Degree level qualification or professional equivalent is mandatory.
- Experienced in IT Operations environments along with an understanding of how it supports critical business processes.
- Strong stakeholder management experience i.e. ability to identify differing stakeholder views and build consensus
- Experience utilising gamification and immersive learning techniques is strongly preferred.
- Experience delivering and/or working within a DevSecOps operating model is preferred but not essential.
