Role - Data Analyst - Consumer Marketing Analytics
Experience - 3 Years to 5 Years Location - Bangalore Core Responsibilities :- Writing and tuning SQL queries and in a highly dynamic environment to map different Consumer Marketing data sources like Google Ad Server, DCM, Double Click, Google Search/Ads. Campaign Metadata, consumer data sources mapping and connectivity through tagging parameters and deidentified ids. Marketing measurement expertise highly desirable
- Communicate to share findings from marketing trends and pattern from Analytical Models. Presentable to business partners ensuring interpretation, appropriate detail and recommendations
- Perform detailed analysis of Media, Marketing, Search Engine and Social Ad server's data sources for to define cleansing rules for data quality and modelling
- Ad-hoc queries, reporting, dashboard and views creation, maintenance and automation with drill down visualizations
- Continuous learning and experimenting new possibilities for Consumer Marketing Analytics and Analysis. Proactive and enthusiastic to adopt new marketing EDAs
Required Skill :- 5-8 years of in-depth hands-on experience in data mart to create and support business/data analytics, business intelligence tools
- Expertise in defining Consumer Journey touch points, measurement approaches and connectivity across digital engagement platforms and sources
- Experience in gathering business requirements, transforming data and preparing readout and recommendation narratives from Analytics and share with Business users. Maintain documentation and cadence of the deliverables
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for exploratory data analysis and present findings in visualization, SQL with joins aggregation and manipulation of data to find anomalies from digital and marketing data collection
- Strong working knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI or Quicksight (PowerBI preferred)
- Creative problem solving, organization, attention to detail, flexibility and adaptability
- Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to work with a high degree of autonomy
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple large-scale projects in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Should be adaptable with changing priorities and open to picking up new technical skills and data processes.
- Demonstrated experience working in cross-functional, cross-geography teams
Education : Bachelor's degree or master's degree in technology, Statistics or Computer Science background
