- Excellent problem-solving skills to be able to structure the right analytical solutions

- In depth understanding of predictive modeling techniques and statistical modeling

- Demonstrated excellence in client relationship management and project management

- Excellent hands-on knowledge of R and Excel. SPSS/SAS knowledge will be an add-on.

- Ability to work with Hadoop and SQL databases required
