Key Responsibilities:-
- Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Data Analysis with different cuts.
- Data Management (Storing, Tagging, Identification, Cleaning)
- Opportunity Creation via Data Analysis
- Identify data flow path
- Define data fields and format (as per Business & IT)
- Define stage wise data owners and access levels
- Define data safety and security protocols
- Analyze raw lead data and identify validation criteria
- Validate raw data (contactability, eligibility, Current O/S, DND, etc.)
- Identify/ Create product offerings (LAP, Secured/ Unsecured, WDL/WTL, etc.)
- Define product specifications (ROI, Tenure, LTV, Proc Fee, Documentation, etc.)
- Identify policy deviations or exceptions (if any) and seek sign off
- Create pre-qualified offer criteria (Credit Assessment Approach: Income, Banking, Surrogate, etc.)
- Prepare Product Collateral (Brochure, FAQs, Calling Scripts, etc.)
- Create entire process flow (data sourcing to loan maturity)
- Identify various functional aspects (sourcing, validation, data flow, fulfillment) and key metrics
- Identify stage-wise process owners and responsibilities
- Define control/ governance mechanisms (SOP, Escalation matrix, etc.)
- Define preliminary campaign level SLAs (for initiating POC)
- Track trends and patterns for refining SLAs
