Data Analysis/Report Manager - PowerBI/Dasboard

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Reports Manager to join our team. The Sales Reports Manager will be responsible for overseeing the creation and maintenance of all sales reports using Excel and Power BI, as well as leveraging their expertise to query a MongoDB database for relevant data. This role plays a critical role in providing timely and accurate insights to support decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Report Generation and Management:-

- Design, develop, and maintain a variety of sales reports using Excel and Power BI to track and analyze sales performance, trends, and key metrics.

- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of sales reports to meet the needs of various stakeholders.

2. Data Retrieval from MongoDB:-

- Utilize MongoDB querying skills to extract and transform data needed for sales reports.

- Collaborate with the IT team to optimize data retrieval processes and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

3. Data Analysis and Insights:-

- Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

4. Collaboration and Communication:-

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to understand their reporting needs and deliver customized reports.

- Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

5. Documentation and Process Improvement:-

- Maintain documentation for report creation processes and data retrieval procedures.

- Continuously seek opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and data accuracy.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Proven experience in Excel and Power BI report development.

- Strong proficiency in MongoDB query language.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
