BURJ NOIDA is an iconic real estate development targeted towards a niche discerning clientele who wish to command a luxurious branded condominium experience and are willing to invest upwards of INR 3 crores but who must pass the socio-economic screening criteria for residents of this tower.
- This job presents the opportunity to challenge yourself to seek out, interact with and close deals with clients who are tycoons in their own right and are making one their most important life decisions of choosing where they live.
- You will be required to find new and unconventional means, and to master the conventional means, of sourcing potential customers for this iconic tower.
- You will be expected to maintain and display and high standard of personal integrity, demeanor and stature while performing this role.
- You will excel with great interpersonal skill and ability to convince and close important transactions.
- You will be located at the 5-star sales gallery especially crafted for this iconic tower and at the Group HQ at New Delhi.
- You will have the opportunity to learn from and work with the Group top management on this particular project (IIT Roorkee and Stanford University pedigree).
