Experience
- 5 to 10, of which at least 4 years should be as a Business Analyst in Banking Domain
- The ideal candidate should have worked with an IT company in BFSI vertical or someone who has experience working in IT division of a bank in the above domain areas.
- Should have experience in end-to-end functional project management including Requirement Gathering, Functional Design, Impact Assessment, Business Analysis, Project delivery, Functional Testing and User Documentation.
- Should have hands on experience as BA
- Exposure to AML, Risk, and compliance in the Banking industry
- Exposure to Agile processes and have played product owner role
- Experience in preparing test scenarios and execute system testing
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Should have good understanding as well as hands on experience Banking Domain
- Ability to anticipate client needs before they arise and presents solutions to project management that encompasses issues at hand.
- Follows through with commitments and fosters mutual trust with fellow Innovators. Assumes additional responsibility without being asked.
- Ability to broaden and deepen knowledge base and proficiencies on a time to time basis. Share acquired skills with team members through formal and informal channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in working with cross-functional teams / cross-location teams.
- Take the lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner
- Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements
- Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
- Define vision, road-map and growth opportunities for the Scrum Team
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
- Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
- Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
- Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
- Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
