Qualification: Degree in computer science or equivalent.

Experience: 10 to 12 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Planning and design of all IT requirements.

- Manage IT helpdesk with team of executives in HO and sites.

- Introduce IT systems which helps in effective workflows of different departments.

- Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN technologies, hands-on with Routing, Switching, MPLS-VPN will be
an added advantage.

- Experience in managing MS-SQL databases.

- Should have experience in successful implementation of VoIP solutions.

- Sound knowledge in implementing IT policies (Internal and external usage).

- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Server 2012, 2008.

- Should have experience in installation and management of Active Directory, DNS, Domains.

- Experience in handling firewalls (Cyberoam) and End point data protection systems.
