Role and Responsibilities -&nbsp; Executive - Supply Planning is responsible to ensure master production plans are created to capture complete demand, meet service commitments and to ensure adherence to the production plans. - He/She is required to anticipate inventory demand and maintain inventory levels in order to keep a business functioning 3. Main Duties and Functions -&nbsp; - Production planning process of the factories / Co-Manufacturing on the mid and short- term planning horizon (Monthly / Weekly/ Daily). - Co-ordinating finished goods release &amp; dispatches from the Factory / 3rd Parties is an important aspect of the role. - Define the CBU stock policy for Finished Goods from own factories &amp; 3rd party manufacturers &amp; run tactical planning (horizon: 3-4 month, bucket: week ) for factories and Finished Products flows. - Control plant / customer service level and Deviations to the Plan. - Manage shortage (including alerts), according to the stock policies; manage also excess of stock. - Managing smooth transition or changeovers for existing or New products. - Responsible for budget preparation activities related to supply planning - Monitor KPI's of all factories / Co-Manufacturing sites with periodical reviews with the stakeholders 4. Organization / Reporting&nbsp; The incumbent will report into Senior Manager - Demand And Supply Planning 5. Job Specifications Education: Post Graduate, MBA (Ops) Experience Needed (Professional) 3-4 years relevant experience into FMCG industry Technical Skills- Proficiency in MS Excel
